Well Drop Podcast

ABOUT

“Our mission is to deliver drops of wellness wisdom and actionable tips to empower women, especially busy mothers, to take charge of their well-being.”

Our journey started when our kids became friends in preschool. The boys instantly became best buddies, and we moms discovered our shared love for wellness. We each have our own paths that turned us into wellness enthusiasts and experts. Amber conquered her childhood Crohn's Disease naturally, while I, Dina, dedicated my career to helping older folks and people with disabilities access healthcare.

As time passed, we found ourselves diving deep into research to boost our well-being and support our kids through various health challenges. We'd excitedly chat about tips from wellness gurus and the latest biohacking experiments we were trying on ourselves.

Our passion for wellness is infectious, and we want to empower other families by sharing our knowledge to help you save time and energy figuring it all out. That's why we're offering captivating interviews with carefully selected experts and brands we've collaborated with, providing practical tools and game-changing habits to every family out there.

Get ready for unfiltered, engaging conversations that will make you laugh and learn. Get ready to own your wellness for a stress free, healthier and happier life!

Dina Wizmur

Dina Wizmur
Co-Host

Dina Wizmur is a mother of 3, who lives in New York City. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA and the Rutgers University School of Law with JD, she worked for 15 years to help older adults and people with disabilities access healthcare through the Medicare and Medicaid systems.

After having her own children, Dina became interested in researching ways to support her family’s health and wellness at home to avoid the acute situations she witnessed many of her clients experience. This interest became essential when her third child was born prematurely and with many complications. While he received excellent care at the hospital and from the medical doctors attending to him, it was apparent that he would need all the support he could access in order to thrive. This meant working with experts in all fields of wellness, including but not limited to, breath work, acupuncture, nutrition, Ayurvedic medicine and supplements.

Having spent years working with people in acute medical situations, Dina is passionate about sharing the information she has learned with others. The inequities in our healthcare system are only growing, so it is imperative that we do what we can to care for ourselves at home. Dina has been fortunate to work with countless experts in the field of wellness over the past 15 years and is an expert at finding the right professionals for families to work with. She is excited to share their knowledge and help families from all backgrounds implement low cost and easily manageable tools at home.

She hopes that this information will empower others to own their wellness and the future of their families well-being.
